1. Client: The client is the individual who makes the booking and assumes responsibility for all passengers in their group.

2. Airport Transfers: Transportation provided to clients traveling to or from travel hubs such as airports.

3. Resort-Link Transfers: Transportation offered to clients traveling to or from resorts or between resorts and local towns.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

1. All reservation requests made by the ‘User’ through online booking system will be confirmed via a confirmation email from the Website, which must be received for the booking to be considered ‘Accepted’. Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure the User receives this confirmation email within 2-4 hours after submitting the reservation request.

2. The ‘User’ is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information (contact and transfer details) provided through the online booking system. It is their responsibility to complete the Reservation Form correctly verify the details in their booking confirmation email.

3. The service provided by www.viatransfer.al is free of charge to its users. The User (customer of the transfer service) must prepay for their transfer service provider through the website using a credit debit card.

4. The User may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any fees. If changing the destination, a new reservation must be made with the updated address, and the should notify us at least 48 hours prior for a full refund of the modified reservation.

5. Viatransfer.al cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events that may occur before or during your transfer (such as accidents, political events, road blockages due to natural, adverse driving conditions, unexpected mechanical issues with our vehicles, strikes by local Taxi Unions, etc.) that may prevent us providing our agreed services. We also cannot be liable for any damages resulting from late arrivals at your destination.

6. In the event of such unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you of our inability to provide the agreed services and offer assistance in finding alternative transportation options.

PRICES

1. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices fuel and vehicle fees, chauffeur compensation, and legal liability insurance for all passengers.

2. Prices for all transfers are quoted in Euros.
